Every week we will be highlighting a new dish to come and experience, and maybe even some returning favorites (lobster mac & cheese anyone??)
A stew prepared with beef braised in red wine, and beef broth, flavoured with garlic, with pearl onions and mushrooms added towards the end of cooking. known in french cuisine as sauté de boeuf à la Bourguignonne, it is “certainly one of the most delicious beef dishes ever concocted”.
